Bath Ales are an independent micro-brewery established in 1995.  Their founders all come from a brewing background and have combined a complementary range of skills with a shared passion for real ale.  Never a company to stand still, Bath Ales have grown steadily and their brewery is now complemented by a new bottling plant and brewery shop.  Over a relatively short time – and in an increasingly saturated market – they have developed a reputation for producing distinctive, high quality ales that are full of character and flavour.  Much of this is down to a careful selection of the finest floor-malted barley, the best English hops and the use of their own cultured yeast.

Bath Ales brew Wild Hare using the finest organically grown Pale Ale malt and organically farmed English hops. This helps to give Wild Hare its lovely crisp and full-flavoured taste (which is designed to be dry but not harsh).  Made with wheat and barley malt.  “A wonderful, wholesome, golden organic ale with a fresh-citrus, hoppy aroma and a dry, bitter finish.”
